Who we share your data with

We may share your data from time to time with external marketing agencies and subcontractors. These parties have 100% aligned interests with us and indirectly with you: as such they will not use any of your personal data for any other purpose you signed up for.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. How we protect your data

We have backups of our database. We do not send your data to 3rd parties whom we see as potential threat to the promise we made you when obtaining your personal data.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Any data breach that affects your personal data will be reported to the assigned authority depending on the location of the data affected (EU, USA, rest of world).

What third parties we receive data from

We receive data occasionally from marketing agencies and subcontractors who may be in contact with you first – in this case their purpose of them handing over personal data to us must be 100% in line with your intentions e.g. they hand over data to us if they know that we will use your personal data for the same reason you provided your personal data to them e.g. you asked them to let us know to contact you.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We regularly analyse our visitors as a whole and sometimes one by one we analyse your behavior on our website, mailings and phone calls. We use all these to better understand how can we serve you.
